Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click on Ellipsis 2. Click on "Add to Home Screen" 3. Change to another Web Page, then check icon has saved desired page. What is the expected behavior? That one should be able to click on created icon and bring back the desired webpage. What went wrong? The created icon does not hold on to the webpage. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3578.99 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: I have 2 phones one has Android 9 and the other has Android 5.0. They both have the same launcher. The phone with 5.0 has no problem. I have also tried different launchers and different browsers but it is the same result with them all. Finally the phone with Android 9 with the issue is a Nokia 7+.
