This suite was added for issue 917192; will make it FYI-only until we can resolve the blobfs capacity issue.

Run https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/Fuchsia%20x64/26674 also failed to install castrunner_tests, for the same reason.

Possibly related to Fuchsia issue ZX-3182?

[Fuchsia] Disable integration tests on the waterfall.

Fuchsia integration tests have been flaking on the waterfall. Disable
them until the underlying issue is fixed.
This also separates castrunner unit tests and integration tests in two
different test suites.

[Fuchsia] Enable integration, browser-test and smoke-test suites on FYI.

Remove webrunner_browsertests from the main waterfall Fuchsia x64 bot,
since the suite sometimes fails to install, with a blobfs assertion.

Enable castrunner_integration_tests and webrunner_browsertests, which
were entirely disabled by
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1393887,
to run on the Fuchsia FYI bots, to provide some coverage without
blocking Chromium's waterfall/CQ with installation flakes.
