Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3626.28 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Chrome is open in the background with multiple tabs. 2. Click on a link in Outlook\Skype or any other application (sporadic issue) 3. Chrome opens as a complete blank page, need to close it from the task bar in order to resolve, the existing session with the open tabs is gone. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Sporadically, when clicking on a link via Outlook\Skype or any other application, Chrome will open as a completely blank page. The only remediation is to close Chrome from the task bar and relaunch it - this also closes all the previous tabs which were open in the background. They need to be restored using Ctrl shift T upon Chrome re-launch. Screenshot of the issue is attached. Confirmed on two win 10 systems with Beta 72. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 72.0.3626.28 Channel: beta OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
