What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sign in to user ->Download  images or press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshot(more than 2)
2.Now in Files App press 'Ctrl+A' to select all -> now click on 'Delete' option and observe 'Delete' overlay is seen and then Ripple effect is seen at 'Delete' icon i.e. ripple effect is seen with delay

Expected: No delay should be seen for Ripple effect at 'Delete' icon
Actual: Instead ripple effect is seen with delay

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
