What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sign in to user ->Download  images or press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshot
2.Now in Files App Select Image and open it in Gallery -> Click on 'Edit Icon' ->Press 'Tab' until focus is on 'Brightness' option ->Now focus is on 'Brightness' slide bar -> press left/right arrow button so that focus moves -> now again press 'tab' and observe focus is seen missing and on another 'Tab' focus is seen on 'Contrast' slide bar

Expected: After Focus is on 'Brightness' slide bar and on pressing 'Tab' Focus should be seen on 'Contrast' slide bar
Actual: Instead After'Brightness' slide bar Focus is seen missing on 'Contrast' slide bar and again on pressing 'Tab' focus is seen

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine on M-72
