What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Keep open ubertray >> take a screenshot >>close it and observe while closing it(Please refer video)

Actual: Weird traces are seen while closing screenshot which is on top of ubertray
Expected: No such weird traces should be seen while closing screenshot which is on top of ubertray

This is a Regression issue as same works fine in 71.0.3578.94/11151.59.0 beta
