Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached test case
2. Launch Accerciser and examine the first (collapsed) select element

Expected results: Either the accessible combobox and/or the accessible menu would implement AtkSelection.

Actual results: Neither the accessible combobox nor the accessible menu implements AtkSelection.

Compare to Firefox and gtk3-demo. (Note that in the former, the accessible menu implements AtkSelection; in the latter, both the combobox and the menu do. Orca can work with either scenario.)
