@ saimakhan1901: Unable to reproduce this issue on 71.0.3578.99 using Pixel XL. Navigated to www.google.com/preferences , changed to english from dutch and observed only "Your preferences have been saved" message and no HTML code is seen. Could you please provide screencast of the issue along with device details. This would help in further triaging of the issue. Thanks!
