chrome tablet ui landscape load page has some black

Steps to reproduce the problem:
chrome tablet ui landscape load page has some black,
switch to portrait no black, switch back to landscape no black.

but, i always used my tablet landscape, load page will has some black, url: http://www.javlibrary.com/en/

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?

@youling257: Unable to reproduce this issue on Pixel 2, Pixel XL and Nexus 7. Could you please provide device details on which this issue is seen? Is this issue seen consistently? Also c#8 states that issue is fixed in latest build, could you please repsond to it. Any further information on reproducing this would help in further triaging.
