Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS aarch64 11151.59.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.94 Safari/537.36 Platform: 11151.59.0 (Official Build) stable-channel kevin Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start VPN in Android. 2. curl https://ipinfo.io in Linux What is the expected behavior? It should show VPN IP address. What went wrong? Instead, underlying network IP address was shown. Furthermore, if underlying network requires a VPN to work, installing Linux subsystem will fail, saying "failed to mount Linux files", while the actual error is the installation not being able to connect to Internet. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3578.94 Channel: beta OS Version: 11151.59.0 Flash Version:
