Steps to reproduce the problem:
1) Connect a Brydge Bluetooth keyboard to a Pixel Slate
2) Problem appears more prevalent if closing the tablet/laptop without first disconnecting the keyboard
3) Reopen the tablet/keyboard

What is the expected behavior?
Keyboard reconnects to the tablet, mouse cursor moves smoothly

What went wrong?
Sometimes it won't autoconnect. I have to go into the Slate's Bluetooth settings and tap on the keyboard for it to connect.

When in this state, the mouse cursor is very unsmooth. It will jump an inch on the screen between draws.
