Build Chrome locally.  Get the below output.

Can we find a way to silence this step (unless it has an error)?

Note similar  bug 896530  and the CL there that fixed that problem via https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1294392/5/chrome/credential_provider/build/make_setup.py .  Perhaps something similar needs doing here?
