My phone needs debugged and upgraded. I have no access to my data plan I purchased. I can only use my phone on Wi-fi

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I have had to switch phones three times. 
2. I hace switched service providers as well.
3. I know longer have my ability to be patient nor have the intelligence as I used too

What is the expected behavior?
Phone and life will always be this way 

What went wrong?
I can't get into any of my Gmail accounts nor can I get anything right in life. Also my health is failing rapidly

Did this work before? No

OS Version: LGK8
Flash Version: 

Please help me balance the scales of the universe or find a Libra who can help me or at least try and fix it so everything can at least try and get back to halfway normal or close to the way it was before!
