What is the expected behavior?
The "Face With Uneven Eyes and Wavy Mouth" emoji is rendered.

What went wrong?
There is the "no such unicode symbol" icon itself.

This may actually be a broader "ChromeOS is missing Emoji 11.0 icons" issue, but I didn't test beyond this.
