Issue descriptionFrom https://github.com/catapult-project/catapult/issues/4541 When AlertsSection runs NewBugRequest or ExistingBugRequest, it should assume the request will succeed without waiting. If the request fails, it should display an error message and reset the alerts' bugId. |
