DevTools: initiator for font requests should be CSS, not JS where style recalc happens

1. Open DevTools, switch to Network panel
2. Navigate to https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/transfers
3. Observe a bunch of fonts failed with (blocked:mixed-content) reason
4. Observe the initiator is JS in every case
5. Examine JavaScript locations referred to by Initiator column, observe they just force style recalc.

We should provide the location of actual CSS rule that causes the font to be loaded rather than a logically unrelated place where style recalc happens.
