Text on websites disappears randomly (usually when exiting fullscreen mode)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Exit fullscreen mode
2. Sometimes all text goes invisible

What is the expected behavior?
Text being visible lol

What went wrong?
On some occasions, all text seems to disappear, except on control elements of the browser itself. This affects all text on all websites in all tabs. Other website features like images are unchanged.
Fully restarting the browser resolves the issue.
I haven't done extensive testing or debugging on this issue yet.

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 32.0.0.101

Might be caused by scripts.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.13.6 on the reported version 71.0.3578.98 and the latest Canary 73.0.3658.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps.

1. launched Chrome and navigated to few websites.
2. Entered into fullscreen and exited fullscreen.
3. Could observe that the text is rendering correctly and no issues are observed.

Request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations.
