"Failed to load resource: net::ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE" error message appears in Chrome Console

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: Access any of the sites below: https://www.adrianmoscaliuc.ro/ https://www.cipriannegrutu.ro/ https://www.realsports.ro/ https://www.fabryromania.ro/ What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE" error appears in Chrome Console and sites not loaded corect. The error does not appears every time. It only occurs at random times on different devices and operating systems (eg. notebook, desktop with windows7, windows 10 etc.). When the error appears, the sites are not loaded correctly (see the images below) After I refresh page, the error disappears and the sites load correctly. All of the above sites are hosted on a server in Romania for many years but this issue first appeared this year. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Please tell me how I can solve this problem. We started getting these errors sporadically about 830pm CT 30 Dec 2018. We can reproduce it on Chrome 71, 70, 65
