My Ebay user account wont display purchase history page

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.20.6530.0 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://www.ebay.com.au/myb/PurchaseHistory?_trksid=p2057872.m2034.l3391

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. login to my ebay
2. click purchase history
3. page loads but no content retrieved 

What is the expected behavior?
page should display content 

What went wrong?
no page content displayed
have several computers all displaying the same problem

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes current version worked previously

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 54.20.6530.0  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 5.1 (Windows XP)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 99.0 r0

no but url works ok in outdated version of Chrome

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 71.0.3578.98 using Windows 10. Attaching screen-cast for reference.
Steps: 
------
1. Launched chrome 
2. Opened https://www.ebay.com/
3. Opened PurchaseHistory 
As we are able see the PurchaseHistory page

@Reporter: Could you please verify the issue on latest chrome stable 71.0.3578.98, you can download latest chrome builds here:
" https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel ". Let us know whether issue still persists.

I am running XP and the version of advanced chrome (chromium) is 54.20.6530.0
Is there a later version that supports XP please?????
the public version Chrome no longer supports XP but the older version I have does not have the purchase history issue

As per comment#3, user is using old version of chrome and the issue is not reproduced to in latest vesrsion of chrome hence  marking it as WontFix.

@Reporter: Please upgrade to the latest chrome and windows versions and file the issue if you still facing the problem .
