Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Can install and open the Home app but can not access the Assistant settings under "general settings".

2. Could install the Google app but it disappeared from the Launcher after closing it and/or idle/sleep for 45 minutes.

3. Reason for installing the Google app is that it made the Assistant settings appear in the Home app.

What is the expected behavior?
1. Home app show the Assistant settings to access, for example, my routines.

2. The Google app stays installed.

What went wrong?
No Assistant settings in the Home app.

Google app disappears.
