Fail Google reCaptcha

Issue description

Chrome Version       : Versión 71.0.3578.98 (Build oficial) (64 bits)
URLs (if applicable) : 
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
    Firefox: FAIL (63.0.3 (64-bits))
    
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)enter www.onpe.com.pe/contactenos/
(2)fill in the form and clic "ENVIAR CONSULTA" button twice
(3)message error "Verifica tu CAPTCHA, es incorrecta."

What is the expected result?
the expected result is message: "Mensaje enviado con exito"

What happens instead?
message error "Verifica tu CAPTCHA, es incorrecta."

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tried to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 71.0.3578.98 using Windows 10.Attaching screenshot for reference.
Steps: 
------
1. Launched reported chrome 
2. Navigated the URL "www.onpe.com"
As we are getting This site can’t be reached

@Reporter: Request you to retry this issue with fresh profile without any extensions & apps or reset all the flags and let us know if issue still persists. If possible provide screencast for triaging this issue.

Components: -Blink>Loader
warnings in the console are not related. so removing Loading components.
my guess is just reCaptcha rejects repeating auth requests.

Also, reCaptch passes for me.
