How to sync Google Account data on Chromium for Android?

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. open chromium 2. loggin in google account 3. it can sync bookmark and favorite recode What is the expected behavior? it can sync bookmark and favorite recode What went wrong? Can't sync bookmark and favorite and show set in process on the time. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: 7.1

@chelamcherla@chromium.org hi, chelamcherla, Is it support sync google account data on Chromium for Android(I build it by myself and stable version). Is it be limited by Chromium? I enable Chrome sync API,but still has below error. Why ?
