[LayoutNG] overflow-wrap:break-word compat issue

Gecko and the Blink legacy engine agree. LayoutNG does something else, and I *think* it's a bug.
external/wpt/css/css-text/overflow-wrap/overflow-wrap-break-word-005.html fails because of this issue.
