Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Go to new page in Chrome
2.Tap on the search line, and try to type something 
3.After entering the first letter on-screen keyboard is disappearing

What is the expected behavior?
onscreen keyboard shouldnt disapeppeare after entering one first symbol

What went wrong?
In chrome on screen keyboard disappearing after first letter. It happen only if you use your finger and only in chrome. its very annoying. Also if you use mouse onscreen keybord doesnt appear at all (Surface Pro 6, Windows 10)
