2. remove all USB devices
3. plugin Logi Rally camera
4. open https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/devices/input-output/
5. select Logi Rally camera as video source
6. plugin another USB camera (have tried Logitech C920, Logitech Meetup, Crestron Mercury)

What is the expected behavior?
new device can be recognized by Chrome OS

nothing happens
