Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Open an image in Files.
(2) Tap Crop.
(3) Touch-drag the handles to the desired size.
(4) Hit Enter.

Expected Result:
Crop is committed.

Actual Result:
Aspect ratio is changed to 1x1.  There is a non-obvious aspect ratio changer at the bottom of  the screen, and 1x1 has tab focus by default.  "Done" should start with tab focus.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)
Always, on both Link and Nocturne.

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
Frustration.  The user has to disable the aspect ratio, try to manually move the crop frame to the desired position again, and know to hit Done instead of Enter.
