The chromeperf dashboard currently uses threadsafe: false, which is a known performance issue.

Figure out how to monitor error rates and task queue delays for multiple app versions using stackdriver or viceroy or both.
Deploy a version of the chromeperf dashboard with threadsafe:true.
Direct 5% of traffic to it using "Split traffic" on the Versions page in pantheon.
