Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS aarch64 11151.59.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.94 Safari/537.36 Platform: 11151.59.0 (Official Build) stable-channel hana Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Upgrade Hana (Lenovo Chromebook 300e) to ChromeOS 71 stable. 2. The right-most tab, profile pictures in the top-right corner of Google pages, Twitter profile pictures, and some other graphic elements (seemingly rounded ones - so likely an alpha channel issue) both in the OS and across websites are low-resolution and blocky. What is the expected behavior? Sharp, clean rendering What went wrong? Likely GPU rasterization, as if GPU rasterization is disabled in flags, rendering is sharp and clean as before... the poor rendering only occurs when on default or any other setting except disabled. Did this work before? Yes 70 Chrome version: 71.0.3578.94 Channel: stable OS Version: 11151.59.0 Flash Version: 32.0.0.101
