Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 71.0.3578.98 and on latest chrome# 73.0.3652.0 using Mac 10.12.6, Windows-10 and Ubuntu 17.10 with URL provided in comment# 0. As this issue seen M-60(60.0.3112.0), hence considering this as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!

Safari does better, maybe due to better namespace support. We match Firefox on Mac except in the object sizing within the iframe. There are multiple issues conflated here, each of which I suspect is a duplicate of some existing issue. Please break out the various issues into standalone tests. One test that verifies a large amount of behavior is not very useful to us. One test per behavior is very useful.

That test is invalid these days. For instance
<rect x="-200" y="-300" width="200" height="200" fill="orange"
requiredFeatures="http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/feature#Shape
bogus-feature"/>
In SVG 2 there's no such thing as requiredFeatures any more. That's why the left eye doesn't work for instance.

Yes, "Test 10" is no longer correct. Removing that element (the one indicated by longsonr) will make the eyes render. The right eye does not have a green pupil, but AFAICT, that's because of the 'fill="rgb(-5%, 128, 0%)"' (which is related to the bit in the "QUESTIONS" section) which is an invalid color, and thus white (inherited) is used instead. So I don't see anything here that needs fixing. |
