For dut-power the progress tracker right now pretty much starts printing as soon as the process starts. Really the behavior should be:
- while the measurement is setting up and configuring itself, nothing should happen
- while the -w wait period is happening, a different symbol, maybe - or so should be printed, indicating that so far, it's only waiting, and not actually measuring power
- lastly, when the actual measurement starts, it should start printing the progress markers.
