Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Google Play Store on Chromebook
2. Two-finger scroll
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Page should scroll.

What went wrong?
Nothing happens - scroll no longer works. It worked in all previous versions in Android Apps so something must have changed recently.

Scroll works fine in the browser. The issue is just with scroll in Android Apps on a Chromebook.
