region is selected randomly

Example URL:
news18.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect to uk domain VPN. Open news18.com
2. Disconnect uk domain VPN.
3. Open news18.com. It still opens uk region news18.com and not indian region. 

What is the expected behavior?
Open indian news18.com

What went wrong?
Opens uk region news18.com. Only way to fix the problem is clear the cache. Also have noticed several other content based issues.

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Thanks for filing the issue!

As per comment# 0, it seems like issue requires UK domain VPN to test and confirm the issue, as TE doesn't have setup to test and confirm the issue. Tentatively adding Internals>Network>VPN component to it and requesting someone from Internals>Network>VPN team help in further investigating the issue.

To remove the issue out of TE bucket, hence adding "TE-NeedsTriageHelp" label and requesting someone from the dev team to look into the issue.
