Regression : 'Items selected' text is seen as faded instead of Dark color in Files App Gallery

Chrome Version: 73.0.3644.0/11456.0.0 dev channel Paine,Cyan and Gnawty
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user ->Now go to above URL -> download any video file(more than 2) and press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshot(more than 2) -> go to Files App 
2)Now select all by 'Ctrl+A' -> now select 'OPEN' -> Gallery will be seen in 'Thumbnail view' -> observe 
'Items selected' text is seen as faded instead of Dark color
(Please refer Screenshot)

Expected: 'Items selected' text should be seen in Dark color
Actual: Instead 'Items selected' text is seen as faded

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine on M-68

Note : In M-69, M-70, M-71 and M-72 also issue is in seen

Likely this happens because the input field is disabled. With one file selected the field can be used to rename the file.

There may have been an earlier override on the disabled/gray-out style (or maybe it was never disabled). Or maybe this is a regression from r605226. Either way, the UX seems acceptable to me.

I think a fix for this is below the maintenance bar for the old Gallery while we work on its replacement.
