What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user ->Now go to above URL -> download any video file(more than 2) and press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshot(more than 2) -> go to Files App
2)Now select that Screenshot and right click on it for context menu and select 'Gallery' -> In Gallery Slide view select video
3)Observe blink of video first is seen in Minimize mode and then to Maximize mode and not smooth while selecting videos 
(Please refer Video)

Expected: a)Video should not be seen in  minimize mode and then to Maximize mode 
b)while selecting videos navigation should be smooth

Actual: Instead
a)unnecessarily blink of video is seen in Minimize mode and then to Maximize mode 
b)and not smooth while selecting videos

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-69

Note : From M-62 To M-68 unable to view videos in Gallery
