Issue descriptionIt was meant to be used as staging env. In practice, it was not updated (manually) as often as other instances. go/luci-staging will replace it. At this point it is just confusing. Nothing is using it, except a weird process trying to poll non-existent master.internal.official.tryserver from Golo (74.125.248.106). This is a bit worrying because "anyone" can register that bucket and potentially schedule workloads in official vlan if the process is there. I've sshed to master7 and master7a, but didn't find a process that would do that. I suspect this happened because a master changed hostname (buildbucket hostname to talk to depends on whether master process runs on the prod host or not). Turning down cr-buildbucket-test will fix the problem.
