Unusable scrolling with lots of SVGs |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 73.0.3647.0 OS: 10.14.1 Retina 2017 MBP What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go to https://emoji-list.netlify.com/ (2) Attempt to scroll What is the expected result? Smooth scrolling What happens instead? Nothing really, doesn't work at all.

Sorry, I failed to mention that this is a regression. The same page is OK in stable channel and unusable in canary. Thus marking as not a duplicate.

Scrolling works fine for me on 73.0.3653.0 / Retina Mac. @malteubl, does it still not work for you?

I'm pretty sure the page layout has changed. I don't recall the missing fonts and the need for horizontal scrolling. Looking at the GitHub link, there were changes made Dec 25 that probably made the issue go away. Question is, do we clone the GitHub page and try to reproduce with the old code? https://github.com/SaraVieira/emoji-list

I don't think it's worth the effort for that. Closing as having no repro at the moment.

Also, a patch was recently landed by wangxianzhu@ to fix a regression in SVG Image painting. So certainly WontFix. |
