Several icons for apps are defaulting to a box

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11316.35.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3626.30 Safari/537.36
Platform: 11316.35.0 (Official Build) dev-channel nocturne

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
Icon should be the icon for the app and launch the app once clicked

What went wrong?
Updated Chrome OS and icons stopped working for several apps.
