Request: add a mechanism by which publishers can (optionally) add a contact email to their store listing.

Rationale: Enterprise customers would like to have detailed contact information for extensions that they are deploying in their companies. Specifically they want the ability to contact the publisher via email.  Google Play has separated the concept of a developer email with a contact email.
