1.Open Google Play Movies & TV application
2.Go to settings -> Storage -> SD card
3.Attempt to download movie

or 

1.Open (Amazon) Prime Video
2.Go to Settings -> Stream & Download -> Download videos to SD Card
3.Select toggle for download to SD card
4.It shows 0.0 GB free of 0.0 GB

What is the expected result?
Download a movie to sd card

What happens instead of that?
Receive a failure message
