JAWS/NVDA loses focus out of the Message body when spellchecker is used

Project Member Reported by shrijap@google.com, Dec 22

Issue description

72.0.3595.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: Clang-64) and
JAWS 2018.1804.26
Firmware Version:(for ChromeVox): Google_Cave.7820.384.0

Steps to repro:
1. Open Gmail using Chrome.
2. Turn off the virtual cursor and press "c" to compose an email.
3. Tab to the message body field.
4. Type a misspelled word e.g. "helo" (one "l").
5. Press left arrow to put the caret inside the word.
6. Press Shift+F10, or the Applications Key to bring up the context menu. (The Applications Key is usually to the left of the right control key.)
7. Choose a suggestion, e.g. "hello".
8. Press enter and observe that the virtual cursor has turned on and the focus has jumped out of the message body.

This bug doesn't only occur in Gmail but in any field where there is the ability to use the spell checker. After a correction has been chosen, focus usually jumps out of the edit field.
