ChromeVox still echoes when typing echo set to none

Google Chrome: 72.0.3626.8 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Firmware Version: Google_Cave.7820.384.0
 steps to repro:
switch on chromeVox with ctrl+alt+z
Goto Speech tab> then select Cycle Typing echo
Set it to None or Typing Echo set off

Expected: There should be no typing echo while we navigate to pages or type anything

Actual: Still ChromeVox reads aloud the details as earlier.

I am unable to repro this issue. Tested using version 72.0.3626.49 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

lprazdnik@ also was unable to reproduce with 73.0.3644.0 on the canary channel. He opened  bug 920285  for the echo issue with the Omnibox specifically.
