When a build breaks, I want to search for the equivalent of "Label:TreeCloser Status:Open (list of words I think might be related to the closure, like falco-paladin cpickle)".  That way I can tell if it's a repeat of a known failure, or an exciting new one.

There used to be a link for that, but I can't find it in the current tools, and I'm unclear if the TreeCloser label is actively used anymore.

Also, I hear some bugs are in buganizer vs. bugs.chromium.org.  If so, it'd be nice to have a link to that hotlist too.
