Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome on a Windows 10 Touch Device 2. Click in any text box (search, etc) 3. Virtual keyboard doesn't come up What is the expected behavior? Keyboard should come up (as it does in other browsers, apps, etc) What went wrong? Keyboard didn't come up. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 17134.228 - 472 Flash Version: NA Thanks!!! This is a critical bug for anyone using Windows touchscreen devices.

Google's "Gboard" can be implemented for us soon. 😇
