Crashpad serves Chromium projects on Android in a number of configurations and it would be convenient to have a bot to ensure they don't break.

Configurations for possible inclusion to test include:

- Chrome J-K and ChromeModern L-M: (crbug.com/890855)
- Monochrome N-P
- Monochrome/Trichrome(?) Q+
- SystemWebViewShell.apk using Monochrome or SystemWebView as the WebView provider pre-installed in the Android image or as update-able apps

Variations in native library extraction and usage of the Chromium or system linker may result in the handler being launched in a different way for each of these cases.
