Jira Service Desk queue not loading in Chrome

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://example.atlassian.net/projects/PS/queues/custom/4

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a Jira Service Desk project such as https://example.atlassian.net/projects/PS/
2. Click on queues
3. UI loading icon persists instead of loading queue

What is the expected behavior?
Queue loads

What went wrong?
Queue doesn't load

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes This is an intermittent issue due to Chrome's caching, I believe

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.14.2
Flash Version: 

If I clear application's cache, problem is temporarily resolved. Works in Safari

Tried to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 71.0.3578.98 using Mac 10.14.0. 
Steps: 
------
1. Launched reported chrome 
2. Created test account and opened given url "https://example.atlassian.net/projects/PS/queues/custom/4" and "https://example.atlassian.net/projects/PS/"
As we are getting error --> Your email address doesn't have access to example.atlassian.net

@Reporter: It would be really helpful if a test credential via email is provided, so that we can investigate the issue further.
