PDF files not displaying

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Using Chrome 71.0.3578.98
2. Visit https://www.eagleeye.com/insights/infographics/using_digital_to_improve_the_customer_experience.pdf

What is the expected behavior?
The contents of the PDF file should be shown.

What went wrong?
No PDF content is shown.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 70

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Works for me fine 71.0.3578.98 on Windows 10 and Linux. Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? Have you tried restarting Chrome?

On further inspection I have found this to be an issue relating the the service worker and a duplicate of https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=916514
