Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome

What is the expected behavior?
Profile name should display next to icon as it did before (v69)

What went wrong?
New update v71 removed it.

v70 had the ability to set flag "UI Layout for the browser's top chrome" to "Normal" but the Normal option has gone.

Did this work before? Yes v69

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

I have 25 profiles in chrome and often have multiple open at the same time, it is invaluable for me to easily see which profile i'm currently on. Having just the icon show is not helpful.
At a minimum there should be an option to show/hide the profile name via the chrome flags.
