What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Open chrome://settings page >> Go to Bluetooth section
(2)Enable the toggle of bluetooth and click below the toggle and observe

Actual: Unnecessarily page redirects to its subpage i.e,(chrome://settings/bluetoothDevices) when clicking below bluetooth toggle button
Expected: No such redirection of page should be seen when we click below bluetooth toggle

This is a Regression issue as same works fine in M67.

NOTE:Issue is also seen in M69,M70,M71,M72
