What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user ->Now go to above URL -> download any video file(more than 2) and press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshot -> go to Files App
2)Now select that Screenshot and right click on it for context menu and select 'Gallery' -> In Gallery select video
and observe loading icon is seen at middle and now select other video 
3)Again go to first selected video and again observe loading icon i.e. unnecessarily every time loading icon is seen at middle of the video when everytime selected in gallery

Expected: Unnecessarily every time loading icon should not be seen at middle of the video when every time selected in gallery 
Actual: Instead every time loading icon is seen at middle of the video 

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-69

Note : From M-62 To M-68 unable to view videos in Gallery
