What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user -> press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshots(more than 2) -> go to Files App
2)Now select all by 'Ctrl+A' and observe 'Open','Delete' and 'Three dot menu' options are seen -> now click on 'More...' option and observe focus on three dot menu is seen missing 
(Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Expected:  Focus on three dot menu(More..)should be seen when clicked on it 
Actual: Instead focus on three dot menu is seen missing 
 
This is Regression Issue as same is working fine on M-70

Note : Issue is also seen on M-71 and M-72
